STRATEGY AND ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN
Administrative services review
The requirement. The university wanted to understand how effectively its administrative services worked, across organisational structure, operating model, business processes, the interface between faculties and central services, and digital enhancement.
The approach. A small team of AHEP consultants with experience in faculty administration, registry and admissions. The review was designed around the institutional context and previous improvement work rather than applied from a template. Stakeholder consultation was extensive and conducted remotely.
The outcome. A written report with practical recommendations, separated into immediate improvements and medium to longer term options.
“This is a very insightful piece of work and will drive many of the changes that we need to make.”
